1. The shipment was received in good condition but after opening the packet found the product in damaged condition.
2. The shipment was received in a damaged condition (it is advisable not to accept the product and return it).
3. There is colour damage to the product or size misfit. In this scenario, a refund/ exchange request can be made, and place another order. Due to the unavailability of the product refund can be processed.

It is advisable for customers to conduct product opening videography, i.e. after receiving the shipment shoot a video of opening the package and its content. This activity will help in the refund/exchange process.

How to Refund?

When you have a valid and specific reason for the refund of your order, go to the Order Details page to complete the process. Now click on the order ID and go to the Refund button and complete the process as required.
